The Plantation House has a roomy 4' x 6' platform with a telescopic polyethylene roof and a 2' wide ladder for easy climbing. The two swivel seats are removable.
The four legs are 2" x 2" 14 ga. square tubing.
Each leg has leveling sleeves.
